Born and raised in Sweden, Catharina brings a Scandinavian sensibility to aesthetic care. Scandinavians feel that beauty comes from within and is maintained externally by nurturing the skin with complimentary natural procedures. Catharina is very interested in all aspects of holistic healing and believes overall health is as much a mindset as a physical manifestation. By living the ultimate healthy lifestyle - fitness, healthful and satisfying nutrition, spiritual and mental clarity and acknowledgement for the body's need of external care and pampering - she believes we can age in balance and reflect the true beauty that comes from within.
As creator of each facial routine, Catharina ensures the client receives the ultimate in pampering and attention. Catharina's approach to skin care incorporates a holistic lifestyle and draws on experience and training in a diverse array of therapeutic massage techniques.
Catharina is a licensed aesthetician with over twenty years experience in advanced skin care, trained by a CIDESCO recognized aesthetic school in Stockholm, Sweden. In addition she has spent the last several years traveling globally as a spa therapy trainer and educator for Kerstin Florian International.
